We want you to love your Unbound Merino gear, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy for any unwashed and unworn items. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations for travel or daily wear, we'll make it right with a simple exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a similar protective package.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
